Returns & Refunds Policy

Semsem is committed to providing a transparent and reliable shopping experience. Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with the policy outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
Products may be eligible for return within 3 working days from the date of delivery, provided that all of the following conditions are met:
- The product was defective or damaged upon arrival.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The product is in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
Return eligibility is subject to inspection and approval by Semsem.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used health, beauty, or personal care products.
- Baby care products that have been opened or used.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If a customer receives a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, they must contact Semsem within 48 hours of delivery.
The customer is required to provide clear photos and relevant details to support the claim. Once verified, Semsem will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
4. Returns for Orders Within Jordan
- Approved returns within Jordan must be sent back according to the instructions provided by Semsem customer support.
- If the return is due to an error by Semsem or the supplier, return shipping costs will be covered by Semsem.
- If the return is due to customer preference or ineligibility, shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Returns for International Orders
- International orders may be eligible for return only if approved in advance by Semsem.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and any additional fees related to international returns, unless the return is due to an error by Semsem or the supplier.
- Returned items must comply with the import and customs regulations of the origin country.
Please note that international shipping fees, customs charges, and taxes are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.
6. Refund Process
Once a returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer, CliQ, or store credit, as agreed with the customer.
7. Refund Exclusions
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Products that do not meet return eligibility conditions.
- Items returned without prior approval.
- Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or negligence.
